A lot of insomnia is caused by the fact you keep your mind occupied with Internet stuff all day so your mind never gets to process things it would otherwise process.

Do you have any "weird" habits, routines or lifestyle choices? I eat a raw garlic clove daily and I never have alcohol. It's pretty weird that not consuming toxic ethanol is considered not normal.
